Quay 55, a one-time lakefront warehouse converted to 138 apartments, is back in local hands after being acquired by an affiliate of pioneering downtown Cleveland multifamily owner and developer The Landmark Companies.
Landmark Lakeshore LLC acquired the complex Monday, July 10, according to online records of the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office. The property, 5455 N. Marginal Road, sits on the only privately owned property on the Lake Erie shoreline between the Cuyahoga River and East 55th Street.
