In 2005 The Landmark Companies was engaged to consult on the Moreland Courts Condominiums project, a luxury condominium community located in Historic Shaker Square.
The Landmark Companies oversaw the $14,500,000 rehabilitation; including complete HVAC, roof and garage. The project was completed to Secretary of Interior Standards and qualified for historic tax credits.
